Some inquire how to mount our Birdhouses or Bird feeders to a post. There are several options that will work without an additional expense such as just screwing the bottom of the feeder down to the top of the post; OR you could screw a board to the top of the post and then screw the feeder down to the board; OR use some hardware like “L” shaped brackets which you could attach to the side of the post and the bottom of the feeder.

However, if you desire to have us attach a wooden mounting box/sleeve to the bottom of the feeder or house, we can do that for an additional charge of $20 which you can purchase here. You will then slide it over the top of the post and then screw sides of mounting box/sleeve directly to sides of post. The post mounting box/sleeve is approximately 2 inches long.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS OPTION IS AN ADD ON TO ANOTHER PURCHASE. IT IS INSTALLED WHILE THE BIRDHOUSE OR BIRD FEEDER IS STILL IN OUR POSSESSION. WE DO NOT SHIP THIS PIECE BY ITSELF.
