The Hillbilly Birdhouse- our newest creation here at Salt River Home & Garden. Handcrafted from beautiful Cedar, this functional yet whimsical and somewhat wonky looking Birdhouse is quite unique. With its slanted doors and windows; slightly leaning appearance; cedar shake shingles and crazy smokestack, it’s a sight to behold!
All kinds of Birds will find comfort and protection from the elements in this Rustic Hillbilly Birdhouse and it is surely to be a conversation piece for your yard or garden!
Cedar will naturally hold up to the weather just fine as is. It does darken or grey over time, but ages gracefully. If, however, you desire to stain or varnish it, you certainly may., but we recommend you research the product so as to be safe for our feathered friends.
